Round Cutlet Steaks

These are the traditional chicken-fried steak cut from the bottom round. These steaks have been mechanically tenderized and cut into 1/2 inch thick portioned steaks. They can also be used as a quick pan-frying steak or slow cooked in a crock pot or braised in the oven.
